CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES
  1. WebBoard support postings made between 7am - 10pm M-F and 9am-9pm weekends will be answered same day. Support for technical (server) problems is 24/7.
  2. If for some reason the webboard is unavailable, please email support@helpforcharities.com on a 24/7 basis.
  3. We are not responsible for your computer or networking applications within your home or office environment. Please make sure that you have appropriate IT support available. Our systems are best used with the latest software and browsers.
  4. Any server problems will be investigated on a 24/7 basis. If we spend time investigating faulty equipment or connections that originate with yourself or your ISP - we bill you for time spent at the applicable rates.
  5. We develop the majority of our applications for the greatest percentage of net users. This means a PC using Netscape or Internet Explorer. If you are using a MAC or another type of browser do not expect your application to look the same on all machines or browsers.
