HelpforCharities.com is pleased to offer a new service that levels the playing field for smaller charitable, not-for-profit and political organizations by allowing them to accept contributions online if budgets are tight or the organization is assessing the cost/benefit of online fundraising.
This service is designed to be so user-friendly that you don't have to be a programmer or web expert to use it! Straight-forward instructions will show you how to:
- Upload your organization's logo
- Add text and content
- Specify campaign designations
- Add checkboxes to the form - donors can check "Add me to your mailing list" etc.
- Create an onscreen thank you message
- Customize thank you email notifications
How does this work?
Once your donation page is ready to go, you will receive a link that you can either put on your website or email out to prospective donors. By clicking on this link donors will be taken directly to your organization's donation page where they will enter the details. Donors will have four method of payment choices - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Diner's Club. All credit card transactions will be processed by IATS and the funds will be deposited into your organization's bank account once a week. Simple!
How much does this cost?
There is a one-time setup fee of $75 + GST plus a processing fee of 5% per transaction and $16 per month.
How do I sign up?
- Click here to open your account. Once your account is set up, IATS will fax you an IATS Client Code and Password within 1-2 business days.
- Enter your IATS Client Code and Password in the fields below to proceed to the HelpforCharities.com sign up form. As soon as payment is approved you will receive email instructions on how to customize your donation page and access HelpforCharities.com websupport.
