When:	Tuesday September 13, 2011 Arrive for Event Registration & Shoe Fitting at 11:00a.m.
Time:	Event Starts at 11:30 and ends at 1:30 pm
Where:	Downtown - Sir Winston Churchill Square (in front of City Hall)

Do I really have to walk a mile in heels?

If you choose to register for the event you do have to walk in heels, but the distance is not a mile. There will be a marked event route at Sir Winston Churchill Square.

Do I need to bring my own high heel shoes?

No. We provide the heels - just tell us your men's shoe size at the point of registration. Please arrive at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 for your shoe fitting. Make sure you are on time to get the shoes of your choice!

A bunch of my friends/co-workers want to participate. Can we walk and raise money as a group?

You sure can! When you click the 'register' button on the right side of this page, you will be presented with three options; individual registration, create a team or join a team. You can create a team as team captain and create a fabulous name for your team, or join a team that has already been created by a team captain.

What happens if it rains?

The Walk a Mile in Her Shoes fundraising event will take place - rain or shine. Bring a sassy umbrella if it looks like rain!

I am going to be out of town on September 13, 2011 how can I support the event?

No problem. Make a donation or reach your fundraising goal and 'delegate' a friend to walk for you!
